Is that nuthatch back this fall?

This female was last weekend, along with a male. We almost always have a pair around all winter, although not always the same pair (something we'd have never known had we not banded them). One winter, we never saw more than two at the feeders at any one time, but we banded 13 of them. They just rotated through!
